There’s a serious problem in our world that needs your help – the plight of the sunglasses. Each year, hundreds of thousands of sunglasses are broken, lost or scratched, causing their owners great misery.
How many times do people set their sunglasses on their cap, only to watch helplessly as they later fall onto the sidewalk, under the bleachers, or… into sunglass oblivion?
Take Joe’s sunglasses for instance. They started out as a shiny expensive pair, but one day on the golf course all that changed. As Joe took his swing the sunglasses that were on top of his head went flying off landing, lens side down, in the rough.
Or Larry’s sunglasses that had the unfortunate fate of landing in a toilet at Yankee stadium …
And there’s Helen. When she bent down to take care of her baby in the stroller, the designer sunglasses she had just got as a birthday present from her loving husband fell right off of her sunhat onto the concrete sidewalk, scratched beyond repair.
