Broadmark Inc.
Broadmark Inc., is a CA corporation with its product development and marketing office in Park City, UT. It was originally established in 1985 to market products from its sister company Apple Pie, Inc., which is a trading company based in Taiwan that was incorporated in the Republic of China in 1984. Broadmark, Inc. has marketed a wide range of consumer goods to major retailers, distributors, and wholesalers throughout North America, S. E. Asia, Australia, Japan, Europe, Russia and India.
Richard Flagg
Richard Flagg hails from the Berkshires of MA where he attended Mount Hermon School and then majored in marketing with a BBS and MBA work at the UMASS/Amherst Business School. He lived in S.E. Asia for 20+ years before returning to settle in Park City, UT in 2006, missing the Winter Olympics by only 4 years. He has successfully worked on other patented inventions of Pete’s, but until gCAP® TECHNOLOGY, he lost over 2 dozen glasses and sunglasses. He has also worked with Janet where despite totally confounding her GTS associates with a complete lack of encoding skills, they went on to build a successful tracking system for Apple Pie. Richard is a member of the Business&You seminars, the Chairman of Apple Pie, Inc., and the President of Broadmark, Inc.
Pete Cotutsca
Pete Cotutsca was born and raised in Vienna, Austria and emigrated to the United States of America in 1979 where he developed his skills as a product designer and inventor. Pete is the holder of several patents in the U.S. and worldwide. One of his patented inventions is the gCAP® TECHNOLOGY which was designed and developed in partnership with Broadmark, Inc.
Pete was educated in Vienna, attending and graduating from the Vienna Business College in 1975. Now a citizen and resident of the U.S., he keeps busy as an artist, musician, recording engineer/producer and web site developer.
Janet Kelley Amico
Janet Kelley Amico brings a wealth of international business experience to Broadmark. She is a founder and President of Global Trading Systems, Inc.; a software company developing and distributing product lifecycle management solutions for footwear and home textiles firms worldwide. Previously with international trade finance solution provider, China Systems Corporation for seven years she was instrumental in the growth of the company as Vice President and then Senior Vice President of the International Banking Division. Ms. Kelley was responsible for overseeing the activities of the Marketing, Product Support and Documentation departments of the company. She was also responsible for strategic planning, corporate administration and contractual affairs for the firm. Earlier, she was a systems consultant with Bank of America in Hong Kong and Marketing Analyst for TRW in Boston.
Ms. Kelley holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA. She lived in the Far East for 13 years before returning to Massachusetts and now resides in New Seabury on Cape Cod.
